Must be a small town you were at since a couple of the bars looked alike and even had the same guy drinking at the bar! Laughing

(Of course, you could have had a picture or two out of order, but where's the fun in that??? Razz )

That's Vapor! You shoulda met this guy CB. Not only is he a drummer, whose dad taught him magic tricks, juggling, and--I don;t know what to call it--snizzapping with his fingers, didda didda diddidida. Crazy cool--we played "Linus and Lucy" tandem, piano and his fingers, and it was awesome; the kids were amazed...

On top of that, he's not even a teacher yet--he volunteered to go to ODS just for the experience. We had a great time becoming friends...I just sent him the link to Thorn Report...

Although I wouldn't be surprised if a couple of the locals were in more than one bar--they were close together! And there weren't a whole lot goin' on in Molalla on Monday night.... Wink

First off, I'd like to say that I enjoy The Thorn Report a lot. It's a great thread, and I must admit, I am impressed (and maybe even a bit envious) by all of the places you have travelled, your passion for the sport, and your dedication to spreading the game and finding dart related stuff in some of the strangest and most unlikely places. It all makes for some very interesting reading. Also, your local reports are great, as well. Great pics. Great reporting.

Second, congrats on 20,000 reads. Awesome.

Third, I have a New Year's Resolution for you. You can post the stuff from your cruise this summer. I've been dying to see that stuff for a long time now. Very Happy Very Happy I am anxious to see if you were able to use any of the info that I helped gather for you. I see that you were trying to taunt us with the pic in the "Best of 2009" thread. Wink Wink Anyway, I realize that you are probably quite busy. So we'll just have to wait.

Thanks for sharing with us and keep up the great work in 2010.

Thanks a ton RP! Those kind of comments make it even more worthwhile. I just post because I think it's fun--if I see something cool, I like to share it. Too bad it always has to be from my perspective, because I hear amazing dart-related stories all the time. But, there sure have been a lot of people who have helped inspire me again and again along the way, and you're one of them.

I'll be sure to explain how helpful your advice was when I write the intro...

    Wink

I just don't know where to post this... Very Happy

So, not only have the Blazers picked up Marcus Camby, for no more than Blake and Outlaw, and are back in contention to scare the Western Conference...

But, Bonesy just noticed that...you know that new annoying Taco Bell commercial with Sir Charles Barkley (who I love, how embarrassing chuck!)???
The dude in the dreadlocks is wearing...

    what else...

    the Blizzity-blizazers! Beep beep!

Thanks Iceman--such a nice compliment from someone who is subjected to my talkative nature way to much already!

On a side note--Bones has taken the lead again on our infinite ton80 contest in the "Pressy Pally"--19-18... Crying or Very sad

    Thanks again Isaac!

FYI, after this cruise story wraps up, I still have stories from:

    PADA League and Special Events
The Oregon Open and playing with a top US player
    Snooping around SEWA's HQ
Some hot shots and trick shots in the Pressy Pally
    ...And another high seas adventure

And, Bones is winning the 180 race 21 to 19...to 6 for Isaac! Smile

That's not too bad--although I know and he knows he shoulda coulda had more, right Isaac?--but it's pretty good since me and Bones started in December, and Isaac didn't really "get in" until February or March...

Not to mention, Isaac doesn't live at the Pressy Pally like me and Bones...

You'll see it--in all it's glory--soon, in the Thorn Report. If I ever catch up...

But, I did just post Part 19...thanks for following along CB, Isaac, and everyone. Very Happy
