I will be traveling on business to the Memphis, TN area in a couple of weeks. Anyone know of a good place to play? It would be great if they served food as well. I'll be there Monday through Wednesday.

Pretty sure there is an ADO presence there. Should get a reply here soon.

Thanks, Erik! I prefer steel but would gladly throw soft, if that's what's available. Beggers can't be choosers! I'll take both sets with me.

    No problem Smile

I'd call those places and see if anyone knows of a steel place too...you could also check out the ADO site and ask someone like Chunky (PM here or get his email here) as he'd probably know too.

I used to live near Memphis (luckily I escaped.) As far as I know there's no steel tip anywhere around Memphis. The closest is Nashville which is almost exclusively steel.

There are quite a few good soft tip locations around Memphis though. It's been quite about 6 years since I've played there but I still see posts on occasion from friends on social media at big blind draws in the area. There were a few pool halls around there that had 6-10 electronic boards. I'll see if I can find a few of the bigger locations.

There's a place called Harvesters INN. They host several tournaments and draws. I've played there before. It's on the North side of town (not in the best area, but honestly now a days there aren't many GOOD areas of Memphis lol). It's a bit of a dive but I've been there a couple times several years ago and everyone was really friendly. I think the Memphis leagues are with the ADA so you may be able to find more information on their website.
