i have found that if i keep my stroke exactly the same, if i change my grip even a lil bit it will throw my shot off by a good margin.
I am a rythem thrower so i have to maintain a good rythem but if my grip misses my hand during the transfer i will miss my shot bad. how do i fix this issue???

Is there no way you grip the dart always the same? What kind of barrel has your dart?

    Work work work.

Work at not changing your grip. It may take time, but you'll get there.

You may want to try different barrel shapes or styles. Perhaps one that has a notch or angle near where you try to consistently grip. Not so major that it throws off your game. You'd have to get used to any change in style anyway, but one where you can quickly and easily feel the position and slide your fingers to it without a loss of rhythm or timing.

Funny enough I stumbled over a DPC Coaching Clinic blog which deals with the topic:
You can find it here: http://www.dartsperformancecentre.com/dpc/blog/art/762/coaching-clinic-37.htm
Might be that's interesting and helpful for you Smile .
