Well after moving to the USA I fell out of darts for a while. But by chance I bumped into someone who turned out to be in a dart team so he got me into it last year and now I'm practicing again.

I started up again with the SEWA practice ranks today after 5 years off (!) Wasn't happy with my CCU score of 29, but after 30 minutes I got it up to 31! I decided to take a look at the people around me in the ranks and see how my scores compared.

I took the 12 people ahead of me and 10 people behind me and compared my scores in each of the different games to them

    Bobs 27:
My best result! 453 which is good for 5th place (out of 23). I think I may have beat it a year ago in a game of DartPro, but I no longer have the stats so I have no idea.

    100 at 20's:
122 for 13th place which is also my overall place on this list. So it's par for the course. It's an endurance game and I remember it being really difficult to get. The thing that saved me in that game was getting 23 scored in 9 darts close to the end!

    100 at Bulls:
Ouch... my worst score on the list, 21st place with a score of 33. Definitely something I hope to beat tonight!

    RTW:
Pretty good! 6th place with a score of 80. I think I got this score when I was experimenting with a rocking motion to my hand. But I didn't stick with that.

    CCU:
Despite me improving my score from 29 to 31 today, I'm way down in 19th place. I threw my ass off and it will be hard to beat. I'm surprised by everyone's high scores here, but it's a short format so a purple patch pays off big in this game.

    BH RTW:
I had to go back and read the rules for this. Still don't understand it right now but I have a pretty good score here of 35 which puts me in 6th place.

    Catch 40:
A score of 35 which is 11th place

I just started doing some of these again as well. Even though I was part of their creation, I keep forgetting just how useful some of them are.

As for why I'm not ranked higher? I think most of the people above me cheated. That's my story and I'm stickin' to it! Laughing

I need to get back to hitting the games again also. I used to redo them every 3 months so I knew where I was (I keep my highs on a schematic) . Its been a long long time. LOL
