Nothing like shooting back to back to back to back 100@20's to get the dart arm working again!

I've thrown over 400 darts today and it's been a LONG time since I've done that! Almost 9 years!

Felt pretty good though and I'm still hitting some decent shots but my overall performance is DOWN! Rolling Eyes

Not that that would surprise anyone...I'm hoping to crank up the old arm and then get my soft tips (once they arrive) and take them on a tour of the Okanogan since all they have is soft tips up there....should be fun though.

I remember hours of practice every day - gosh that was a long time ago!

    1,000 darts then? *Pfft...* Easy!

Now, I think I've thrown about 30-60 darts for practice during an entire week... Confused

Was busy yesterday but still managed to toss a few hundred Smile Hit 91 on my first attempt with over 30 in the first 30 darts Smile So while I dropped off a bit in the latter stages I at least saw the old arm coming back Smile

Now I just have to get back to 49 in the first 30 and then hold it for an official 150+ score Very Happy

I always break it down in segments of 33 darts, then throw one final dart to make the 100. The best I remember doing is 64 in one segment - too bad that wasn't kept up over the other two segments!

I'm off to see if I can buy some consistency off of eBay... Confused

I do three sets of 30 and one of ten. This gives me a pretty easy way to tell what I should be at and tracking.

1x per month I throw 3 darts 10=30,then I do that 10x=300 and I do that 10x for a total of 3k but it takes me 2 days to do that so after 3k darts I look at my avg when I started 2 mo ago I was at 35 per 3 dart set and now I just finished it today and I am at 54 per 3 dart set or a mear18ppd. I throw m-f for about 6-8 hrs, then sat and Sunday I practice for 10-12 hrs, over that amount of time I throw about 300 darts per hr avg, I want to get to about 85+ per 3 dart set, I figure if I can get there I should be ready to compete :)if nothing else I will have a good arm lol
