So I was flicking through the channels late night and I came across the corny movie Daredevil. Watched about 5 mins but it was the dart scene with Colin Farrell as a character called Bullseye. LOL.
So wrong. The scene has him making DB 's while drinking a pint and taking the guys money. With Jump Around playing and naturally he is Irish Lmao.

So anyone come across another movie with character interaction with Darts?

This should be a fun thread.

The funniest thing I have ever seen was the TV show "Dark Angel", which was one of Jessica Alba's first appearances. Michael Weatherly's character is in a wheelchair and is shown hitting double corks back to back to back.

The movie "The Skulls", about 10 minutes in a girl is playing darts in a pub with the old school feather flights and beating all the guys.

I just saw a Criminal Minds trailer that showed AJ in a pub beating some guys at darts. I remember watching the episode a year or so ago and they had her throwing 180's not bulls - kind of liked that.

There was one big scene in Roxanne where a guy playing darts insults the huge nose that Steve Martin has so Steve asks him to throw a dart and he would give that many positives for having a nose that large. The guy throws a 20 and Steve goes "Hmm... Ok, do it again." and the guy throws another 20 while claiming to be the "Colorado State Champion."

Now that I'm looking for them, I see dartboards in LOTS of commercials, movies and other shows, however it's rare to see them hung correctly or in an area where you could actually play. I've seen them hung about 4' off the ground, around 7' high, one on the ceiling above a guys bed (bounceouts must suck!), in a hallway where there's not enough room and at the bottom of stairs!

Yeah they always locate boards in the strangest places and the height is never close to legit!

If you look closely, you'll see dartboards in the background of many scenes. Any shot of a "bachelor pad" is nearly guaranteed to have a dartboard somewhere, usually mounted as if it's just decoration.

It's fun to notice the board, but it's rare to see anyone actually playing.

How about the original American Werewolf in London.

The pair of hikers asked something about a star on the pubs wall... The local darts hero playing darts over in the corner heard it and totally missed the board.
Then he said "YOU made me miss". he looked pretty Ticked too. lol

Watching a British movie called The Liability right now. There is a scene towards the beginning where a man and his son are playing darts and discussing business. The darts being used kinda look like Whitlocks.

They found themselves in a British pub, warm beer, worst food ever, they played darts til the sun came up, neither of them wanted to leave. Which two movie agents am I talking about?
