Might be, might be not, Andy!

I still think that there would have been (maybe still is) an opportunity to put these 2 events together! Both parties would take advantage out of it, because you would probably get more people into the SL and they would get more people into their shoot!

    But I don't care!

Only problem is this is the monthly event at the Sellwood Public House and we will be holding all weeks of league at the A & L.

PADA has stated that they do not want anything to do with the Summer Singles League. That point has been made.

Like I said before, all we are doing is something other people were asking about.

Hope to see all of you there.

I am also going to go to the Sellwood to see if any one else wants to sign up.

We had a great showing at the A&L last night.

Had over 20 signup for the Summer singles League. That only leaves a few spots to fill. We are gunning for 24 players so we can run it on 12 boardes at the A&L and have a handle on all the paperwork.

Looks real good, We are also posting on Facebook.

After tonight's shoot at the Hangout, we picked up 3 more for a total of 23 players for the Summer Singles League.

We are looking for either 1 more or 7, we want to have 6 per division.

Will give it another week for straglers.

OK , we have our 24 players.

They are broke down into 4 divisions, A,B,C,D

If there are any more , they will need to come up with 5 friends to make a division of 6 to play...........Sorry

Since we are all playing at the A&L, I will be bringing the divisional sheets for all players on Thursday July 9th.

Awesome SOUPR. I'm sorry I couldn't commit to it, but it looks great. If you have time, feel free to post the weekly records and highlights for us! Wink

Hey Christina, I was very scientific about my choices..............I put the names on a dart board, blindfolded myself and threw my darts. Well I had to throw about a hundred times to hit everyone.

I did get them all Laughing

Naw, we threw it around where to put people.

Well, I would have loved to play the C division, but seeing as it wasn't big enough for everyone and I didn't anticipate a lot of others there willing to drop down, I told Andy I could if that was the case. David should be there too if there was room though.

It'll be fun no matter what and I'm looking forward to playing some games with others after the regular matches end! =)

I won't mention a few that I think are strange, but I'd put Jake in A above half that division and Tammie in D is just scary! Shocked

She threw a nice 17-dart 501 leg against me and I know she took Wayne five straight in cricket during Singles league last time (including two 9-counts!).

Exactly why I still think the divisions should have been called Green - Yellow - Orange & Blue! Maybe the alphabet soup wouldn't be such an issue Confused

Didn't I hear an argument like this in "Reservoir dogs"? "Why am I Mr Pink?"

The division names are fine. A trivial point: they beat "Pink, White, Orange, Blonde and Brown"!

Just getting used to what "I" get to do since I soon won't be on the receiving end any more! Wink

(Can I also mention that it's funny that the self-appointed best dart player in Oregon isn't in the top division? Laughing )
