This would be a tri-fold stand that would be 24" wide by 25" tall and about 6" thick when folded up. It would include a fold out toe board and require no tools or tape measure to assemble, just unfold and tighten up about 12 wingnuts.
The stand is designed to stand against a wall or stand alone in the middle of a room. I designed and built this stand to carry along to out of town tournaments to have a place to warm up and practice in relative peace and quiet or early mornings before some dart rooms open. It is made of 1"x1 1/2" wood frame and thin panelling and wieghs aprox. 50 lbs. with dart board, clamp on lights and all folded inside and has a convenient suitcase handle, and takes less than 5 minutes to set up.
Also, any suggestions on different materials to make this out of that would be lighter and/or cheaper, but still sturdy would be appreciated.

Any chance of a picture? I'm curious what it looks like.

I currently have both the Voks hanger and Unicorns Dart Mate.

    Erik,
My digital camera has flopped on me lol, but i'll try to borrow my sisters this week and get a picture up for you.
I think this would help others too. It has a beautiful american cherry wood finish and i'm really quite proud of how well it came out, considering I was going for function and not looks to start with.
