well, I do know that a lot of operators in California have dropped medalist and have joined forces with the action dart league which is alligned with NDA. I don't play soft tip, just going based on what people have told me.

Lot of Medalist bars in Taipei have switched to Dartlive machines from Japan.

Wow! Bummer, I know an operator or two who are going to be upset here in Korea. Pheonix Korea is the big competition here but it offers no international competitions.

the Asian Bullshooter in Taipei featured Phoenix and Arachnid boards. I didn't go, but from looking at the pics, it was split half and half.

All I can think of is that Mr. Pepper created an organization that was centered on him and as he gets older he no longer has the ability to maintain everything.

On the Plus side.... this would be a fantastic opportunity for self scoring steel tip boards to make their way into the market.

Yes, there is - I saw one seven years ago. Will I ever play on one? Hopefully not in this lifetime.

Then gentlemen! The world is coming to an end this Saturday. Get your darts in order and settle your match scores! I think that's what Nostradamus was sayingh in the potrait where there was a wheel over his head and a lightning bolt passes through it. It was not a helm, it was a wooden dartboard as they did not know about cork (trust me! Go with me on this one!)

Has anyone heard anything more about medalist going out of business? I just registered for Medalist Worlds at the end of July and would like to see them stay around. IMO it's a much better tournament than NDA Team Dart.
