Lourence Ilagan achieves a weekend double at the PDC Asian Tour 4 in Macau on Sunday. He was playing tempo a lot, but not all the time.

Too bad the Philippines are not in the World Cup.

Hmmm twice now I've seen scoring mistakes. The 2nd Nebrida had 127 left and hit S20 to leave 107, then T19 to leave 50 then a S17 to leave 33 but the score board showed 34 and the caller called 34 on the next throw. What's up with that?

at about 1:20 Ho Yin has 133 and hits S20, T18 and shoots for the D20. Caller then tells him next round he has 40 left but the board says 33....what gives?

One observation though is how quiet the audience is! Quite the difference from Europe!

Good match overall and I am impressed with the averages! Those guys can throw some great darts.

The spotter for the tv camera also had problems. When players went to the bottom of the board, the camera was too slow and would switch after the players shot. The scoring problems parallel what i saw at the pdc qualifier last fall here. Folks primarily shoot soft tip in asia and there are so few opportunities to chalk steel tip. It takes a lot of practice and it is stressful to chalk for big matches if you dont do it a lot.
