    wow this is funny I have been using that very routine as a warm up from the beginning I thought I created it, it was a way for me to practice my doubles and be penalized for not hitting them, yes it adds pressure the further into it you go my best to date was 18, then the pressure hit I had d19,db20 and db to go and choked lol I still do it just not as much anymore. but still start with it as a warm up

    Made it to 11 today. God it’s a real pain sometimes!
